
Land training will be held twice a week, Wednesday (Optional) and Sunday 1 hour prior to sea training which is held at 2 pm.
Objectives of the Land and Sea Trainings -
improve overall fitness through-out the team
improve individuals stamina and strength
improve team bonding and co-ordination
So do join us if you can. remember the only way to make a dragon boat move is that every one on the boat stroke together.
