New Training Programme

  • Run: 400m x 6 Laps, under 1min 45sec with 1min rest interval
  • Push-up: 30 rep x 4 Set, slow execution with 1 min rest interval
  • Sit-up: 30 rep x 4 Set, slow execution with 1 min rest interval
  • Alternate execution of Push-up and Sit-up sets, vice versa.
