New Season Training Program (Land) for Apr 28 - May 3, 2009



Hi Guys, well done at this PA Champ. Its an experience learnt and i hope everybody had fun. Its definitely the beginning, we have more to come so let's train hard and fight easy. :P


Run: 4 km @ < 20 min
Ergometer Row: 2 x 2 km
Push-up: 30 rep x 3 set
Sit-up: 30 rep x 3 set
