season 2013 starts now!

i always say that i have the hardest working management team around and i am ever-thankful for each one of my captains and the coach. well, in a week, the management team will finally convene for our meeting to set the direction for 2013 and the following week, we meet with the rest of the team and deliver the 'workplan' for 2013. 
2012 has been a unique year in the situations that we had to face but i'm glad that we managed to sail through it with most of the team intact (and egos unscathed!) however, it is my firm belief that as a team, we must only get better. it is no secret that the opening race for the team will be MR500. the men have something to defend and i think the ladies have a fair amount to prove. 
the question is, what are you doing in preparation for 2013? we are raising the bar and increasing the stakes... you in?
