Below is the training program for this week and we'll be having a Fitness Check in mid-March.
Run: 4 Km under 20 min
Ergometer Row: 6 Km
Sit-Up: 30 rep x 3 set
Push-Up: 30 rep x 3 set
Pull-Up: 8 rep x 5set
It's time to work that muscle.
